Downloading video content onto the PC has become standard fare nowadays, but the new technical hurdle to overcome is how to make that content portable. Sony's answer to this challenge is its portable personal video player (PVP), the PCVA-HVP20. Equipped with a 20GB hard drive, consumers can watch movies and shows while on the go. The handheld (84 x 120 x 28mm) PCVA-HVP20 delivers DVD-like video quality thanks to a built-in decoding chip and a battery life of 4 hours while in playback mode.
